box when it's red this is against the law and entered the box when it was already red it's against the law and talents the pedestrians to wait at the lighted and those who are watch the light and it's predatory it's steals a few seconds of a pedestrians life. those chiropractors are more important than any pedestrian and their time is more worthy put a smaller and snap a picture of each perpetrator and showing share the info with the registered insurance company and remember this is just a data collection and direction and

12:38 am
there's language in the charter that concerns me someone who works late they may not get a taxi and further down it refers to the inwas of taxi service it didn't belong in the resolution and the fact is right now we have a glut of taxis on the street and most all hours it's easy to get a taxi and, in fact, cab companies can't file their shifts because they can't get enough drivers to fulfill it. this is a slap in the face of our industry and a lot of hardworking people in the
12:39 am
resolution. i hope and trust there will be adequate taxi representation i want to make a point that the ride service companies don't service a place in the group. they're not serving the wheelchair folks and they're in violation of the law you have to have a smart phone and a credit card to use the services. they're coming plenty in massive insurance fraud that's going on right now if anyone saw the nbc report that was on they're hiring people with long - >> thank you. next speaker, please.
